1. VJD Logon Instructions


To logon to VJD remote desktop, you must use a Windows PC running Windows XP or higher with remote desktop installed. Most of the time it comes preinstalled.


At the home page, you will see the icons you can click on to logon to remote desktop. Since we are trying to logon to VJDILELLA remote desktop, we will work with that link.

1. Click on VJDILELLA remote connection and a popup will ask if you want to run or save the file, you just have to click run or open and the connection will start.

You may get a connection warning like this, please click Connect to proceed.


2. Once the connection has started, you should get to the logon screen, which is shown below:


At this screen you will enter your username in the username field and your password in the password field. The Domain must say DILELLAOFFICE in order for you to connect sucessfully.

3. Once you have typed in your username and password, you can click on OK to logon to the remote desktop session.

Please note: Your session will be disconnected after 30 minutes of inactivity, and your session will be logged off after 30 minutes of being disconnected.

4. You should now have reached the desktop wich includes the start menu, icons and applications you will be using.

Please note: To login to eclinical please click on the eclinical works icon on the desktop. Your username and password may be different to login to this application as it is not a microsoft product.

 






2. DHS Logon Instructions


To logon to DHS remote desktop, you must use a Windows PC running Windows XP or higher with remote desktop installed. Most of the time it comes preinstalled.


At the home page, you will see the icons you can click on to logon to remote desktop. Since we are trying to logon to DYNAMIC HEALTHCARE remote desktop, we will work with that link.

1. Click on DYNAMIC HEALTHCARE remote connection and a popup will ask if you want to run or save the file, you just have to click run or open and the connection will start.

You may get a connection warning like this, please click Connect to proceed.


2. Once the connection has started, you should get to the logon screen. You will want to type in your username and password.

If you do not use the DHS username format, you will be warned that the username and or password is incorrect. Below we will show you the correct formatting of the username to logon

DHS Username format: DHS\myusername

2. Web Email Logon Instructions


To logon to the webmail page you will need to click on the webmail login link on the home page.

1. Click on Webmail Login on the home page.


2. You will get to a page that has a username and password field to logon to the webmail.

 

3. Please type in your username and password in the appropriate fields.

Correct Username format for Web Email:

DILELLAOFFICE\username





Incorrect Username format for Web Email:

DHS\username

username@drdilella.com

username

 

 

Please note: DHS users, you will have 2 signons for the system, DHS signon for remote desktop, and a DILELLAOFFICE signon for email. The usernames and passwords will be the same for each respective system.

EX: DHS\myuser and DILELLAOFFICE\myuser will have the same password to logon to each system respectivly.

4. Once you have typed in your username and password correctly, you can click on the logon button to open the webmail app.
